SUFFOLK, Va. — Suffolk police say a male shooting victim had to be airlifted to the hospital after getting shot Saturday evening.
Police say they got the call at around 7:52 p.m. The shooting happened in the 100 block of 8th St. Suffolk Fire & Rescue gave the victim medical treatment and he was airlifted to a local hospital.
Police say his injuries are non-life-threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
