PORTSMOUTH, Va. — At approximately 8:47 p.m., Portsmouth police responded to the 3800 block of Augustine Circle for a report of a shooting.
They discovered a boy suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound upon arriving, and the boy was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
