NORFOLK, Va. — A search is underway for a hit-and-run driver that authorities say struck a building in Norfolk's Ocean View area Tuesday morning.
A driver hit a building located on East Ocean View Avenue with their vehicle at around 7:50 a.m., according to the Norfolk Police Department (NPD). Police said the driver fled the scene before officers arrived.
There's no word on the significance of the building's damage if any.
