According to court documents, in May, Hampton police pulled Johnson over after she almost hit a police car and found her blood alcohol level to be just above the legal limit. When officers tried to arrest her, she allegedly kicked one of them, but online court records show the "assault on a law enforcement officer" charge was withdrawn.

Portsmouth police confirm Johnson is no longer employed with the department.
