FBI searching for man with information on child sex abuse victim

According to the FBI, the unknown man, known as John Doe 49, was first recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in July 2024.

The FBI is asking for help from the public to find a man who may have critical information about the identity of a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.

The unknown man, referred to as John Doe 49, is a white man between 45 and 65 years old, bald, with a dark goatee, and has at least five visual tattoos on his chest and arms.

The initial video of John Doe 49 was first recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and is believed to have been produced on or before July 2024. There is no EXIF data or hidden metadata embedded within the video file.
