YORK COUNTY, Va. — CORRECTION: The Sheriff's Office confirmed to 13News Now in February that it had incorrectly named a Virginia Beach man, who was never involved in this shooting, as a suspect in January. His name has been removed from this article.
Three people were arrested in connection to a shooting that hospitalized one in York County on Saturday, Jan. 6, authorities announced on Monday, Jan. 8.
In a Facebook post, the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office identified the suspects as Nicole Loudin, 49; O'Shea Anderson, 30; and Ja-Kema Franklin, 27; are all facing conspiracy to commit felony charges.
The charges stem from a shooting in the area of Penniman and Low Ridge Roads that injured one. That victim is expected to survive.
Officials did not say if the suspects knew the victim or what prompted the shooting.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 757-890-3621 or leave the Crime Line an anonymous tip by contacting 1-888-562-5887 or online at p3tips.com.
