MANTEO, N.C. — Just before 12:30 Monday afternoon, the Dare County Sheriff's Office was called to the 150 block of Etheridge Road after receiving reports that a person had been stabbed.
Deputies arrested Dylan Riggs, 18, of Manteo, North Carolina, who was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Riggs is being held at the Dare County Sheriff's Office Detention Center with no bond.
