VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man was arrested and charged in connection to a death investigation in Virginia Beach on Sunday.
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers found 66-year-old Scott Seitz of Virginia Beach dead on the 3000 block of Roebling Lane at 3:50 p.m. on Sunday.
Police say the medical examiner is still working to determine the cause of death.
After an initial investigation into the incident, officers arrested 25-year-old Seth Seitz of Virginia Beach and charged him with second degree murder.
Police confirmed to 13News Now that the man arrested is the son of the victim.
