ELIZABETHTOWN, N.C. — Two juveniles are in the hospital after a shooting in Elizabeth City Thursday evening.
According to the Elizabeth City Police Department, officers responded near the intersection of South Road Street and Shepard Street just after 6 p.m.
That's where officers found two juveniles with gunshot wounds. The two victims were taken to Sentara Albemarle Hospital for treatment.
Police haven't released the ages of the victims or what led to the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (252) 621-7104.
