SUFFOLK, Va. — A man was injured in a shooting in Suffolk on Friday evening.
At 8:45 p.m., Suffolk Police responded to the 400 block of Wilson Street for reports of gunshots fired, according to a city press release. Officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the lower leg.
He was transported to a local hospital with injuries not deemed life-threatening.
