NORFOLK, Va. — A man is recovering after being shot in Norfolk Monday afternoon, officials confirmed.
Norfolk police responded to a reported shooting on West 30th Street and Omohundro Avenue at around 1:40 p.m.
Responding officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound considered not life-threatening. The victim was taken to a hospital for further treatment, police said.
Officials have not released any suspect information or said what led up to the shooting.
