HAMPTON, Va. — Hampton Police have told 13News Now that they have no more updates on the investigation into 2-year-old Noah Tomlin’s disappearance and death from his home in Buckroe Beach.
The Commonwealth's Attorney’s Office also has not yet charged anyone directly with Noah's death.
But court documents 13News Now reviewed reveal new information about the investigation into the moments leading up to the toddler’s death.

According to those documents, at least two people claimed to have seen Noah before he disappeared.
The paperwork showed police interviewed both men.
First responders found the boy's body in the NASA Steam plant in Hampton about 10 days after his mom, Julia Tomlin, reported him missing.
Court documents show one of the men questioned is a father of one of Tomlin's other children. Documents said that man told a detective he last saw Noah two days before Tomlin reported the boy missing.
Paperwork showed the other man, who claimed to have seen Noah, is involved in Tomlin and her children's lives, which included financial support. The court documents didn't explain the second man's exact relationship to Tomlin, but they showed this man gave up two cell phones to be analyzed.
Right now, Tomlin faces charges for felony child neglect related to Noah's disappearance.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 29.
