VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Westminster-Canterbury On Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach is hosting its annual summer sale to raise money for its retirement home community.
The 39th annual Flotsam & Jetsam Summer Sale will take place at Bayside Presbyterian Church at 1400 Ewell Road from Thursday, August 8 through Saturday, August 10.
You can find the sale on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
The sale features women's designer fashions, vintage items, jewelry, shoes, purses, jackets, coats, men's wear, books, electronics, kitchenware, toys, games, and more.
Proceeds from the sale go directly to the Westminster-Canterbury Foundation fellowship fund, which provides financial assistance to those living in the retirement home community.
