The City of Norfolk Government debuted their new mermaid logo on their Facebook page Monday.
NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- The City of Norfolk Government debuted their new mermaid logo on their Facebook page Monday.
The original mermaid will still be the community brand, but the account says the new icon will be used for the branding of City Services.
