At theVirginia Beach SPCA Monday, the dogs, including mothers with very young pups, are being isolated from the other animals and the public over Parvo Virus concerns.
The person transporting the dogs reported one animals showed symptoms of the highly-contagious virus, so all the North Carolina animals were quarantined upon arrival, officials said.
