VIRGINIABEACH--An accident in Virginia Beach creates a bit of a traffic mess Saturday night.
It happened around 6:00 PM on Bonney Road and South Budding Ave.. Police say A dump truck ran into a car. There were injuries reported, but they are not life threatening. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
