CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A free concert is being held later this month, with donation proceeds that will go to help a Chesapeake elementary school.
The 2nd Pastoral Anniversary Celebration at Bethany Baptist Church will feature a concert by Jonathan Nelson. It will be held Friday, February 22 at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30.
Organizers have a goal to raise $10,000 for Thurgood Marshall Elementary School.
The concert will be at Bethany Baptist Church, located at 2587 Campostella Road in Chesapeake.
