NORFOLK--Police say the GPStracker in the bank robber's bag will help them find him. The bank robbery happened Saturday morning at the Old Point National Bank on Granby Street.
Police say the robber told everyone to get down on the floor as he grabbed a bag of money and ran out. But in the bag was an exploding dye canister and a GPStracker.
