NORFOLK -- U.S. Marshals in Norfolk have arrested a man wanted for murder out of Pennsylvania.
Damian Banks was involved in the Feb. 17 murder of Trevahn Kent outside a York City bar, according to investigators.
After an exhaustive multi-state search, deputies tracked down Banks at a location in Norfolk. He attempted to elude Marshals, but was taken into custody following a short foot pursuit.
Another individual, Derrick Johnson, is also believed to have been involved in the shooting.
