VIRGINIA BEACH--For seven years, Shellie Carson's family has waited for the day someone would be charged with her murder.

A bench still sits in the traffic circle not far from where Shellie was found. A plaque reads 'In loving memory of Shellie Carson whose life was senselessly taken on August 14, 2005.'
