PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Rivers Casino Portsmouth will throw things back to the early 2000s with a special show this summer.
The Pop 2000 Tour will have some acts from the early 2000s including artists like O-Town, BBMAK, LFO and Ryan Cabrera. Additionally, NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick is hosting.
The show will be at the casino's event center on June 21 at 8 p.m.
O-Town rose to fame on the 2000s-era television show "Making the Band." Their first two full-length albums included number-one singles "Liquid Dreams," "All of Nothing" and the Top 40 hit "We Fit Together."
BBMAK (Mark Barry, Christian Burbs and Stephen McNally) is a pop group formed in 1997 best known for hits " Back Here," Out of My Heart" and "The Ghost of You and Me."
LFO hit the scene in 1999 with their number one hit "Summer Girls", the top five hit "Girl on TV" and the top 10 hit "Every Other Time."
Cabrera is the singer and songwriter behind songs such as “On the Way Down,” “True” and “Shine On." He also appeared on the MTV's “Ashlee Simpson Show” and “The Hills.”
Kirkpatrick is known as a member of NSYNC and has worked as a voice actor on several kids’ shows. He competed in Season 3 of "Big Brother" and "The Masked Singer."
