NORFOLK, Va. — Hampton Roads' annual Patriotic Festival is expanding!
The now four-day country music festival takes over Memorial Day weekend, starting on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk and featuring performances by Warren Zeiders and Alana Springsteen.
Then from Friday through Sunday, the festival moves to Norfolk Scope, with the Zac Brown Band wrapping up the weekend with their Sunday concert.

In addition to the concerts, Scope's upper concourse will feature military exhibits and corporate displays from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Friday through Sunday of the festival.
