Lily-Rose Depp just made a brave statement about her identity—and introduced us to an amazing organization in the process.

Created by artist iO Tillett Wright, the Self Evident Truths project shares images of Americans who fall somewhere, anywhere, on the LGBTQA spectrum. On Sunday, Wright posted a picture of the Chanel model on Instagram announcing her participation project. According to the post, Depp “falls somewhere on the vast spectrum, and I couldn’t be happier to welcome her to the family.”

We can’t wait to hear Depp’s story in her own words.

According to the project’s Vimeo page, “The Self Evident Truths project is a photographic document of 10,000 people in the USA that identify as ANYTHING OTHER than 100% straight – as in, if you are anywhere on the LGBTQ spectrum in ANY way, even 1% gay, we want to take your picture!”
