NORFOLK, Va. — Virginia Zoo event organizers have set a new date for their popular Adult Night after a weather cancellation last week.
The 21 and up event will now take place on Saturday, July 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Although previously sold out, organizers are now selling a limited number of additional tickets for the new date. And they expect tickets to sell fast!
Attendees get after-hours Zoo access and can enjoy a variety of activities, like slip 'n slide bounce houses, lawn games, a DJ dance party and "splash zone" train rides on the Virginia Zoo Express.
Organizers say there will also be food trucks and a variety of alcoholic beverages, including alcoholic ICEEs. Also, Big Ugly Brewing and Waters Edge Winery will provide free beer and wine samples for guests, with full pours available at an additional cost.
Member tickets are $22 and non-member tickets are $37 and can be purchased on the Zoo's website.
