HAMPTON, Va. — Women with Vision Incorporated is hosting their "Beat the Burnout" expo, an event to help caregivers prevent burnout.
Organizers say the two day event is intended to provide resources and connect caregivers to others who can help support them on their journey, referring to the participants as "a village."
The health and healing retreat is April 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Boo Williams Sports Complex Center.
It's free and open to the community, but you have to register before attending.
The caregiver conference is April 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Coliseum Central.
Attendees can expect up to 12 featured speakers providing hope, heath, and healing to caregivers.
