NORFOLK, Va. — An annual event to raise money for the American Heart Association is returning to Hampton Roads in November.
Two Hampton Roads Heart Walks will be held, one on the Peninsula and the other on the Southside.
The Peninsula Heart Walk is on Saturday, November 4, at Outlook Beach at 310 Fenwick Road in Hampton. The Southside Heart Walk is the following week on Saturday, November 11, at Chesapeake City Park at 900 City Park Drive. The program starts at 8:30 a.m. on both days, with the walk beginning at 9 a.m.
There is no registration fee, but participants are encouraged to fundraise and make a personal donation to support the Heart Walk.
