VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — After more than five decades on the road and a bounty of rock anthems, Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band are turning the page.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer announced Thursday that he will be making a stop at the Virginia Beach Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater on the group's Roll Me Away tour celebrating their career.
The show is part of a dozen new concerts added to the successful farewell tour.
Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band will perform on Saturday, May 18.
The Roll Me Away tour started last November and to date, Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band have performed 22 sold-out shows. Seger is a member of both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame and has sold more than 53 million albums during his career.
Tickets for the Virginia Beach show go on sale February 22 at 10 a.m.
