HAMPTON, Va. — Hampton Arts has many fun arts events and classes available for the public to enjoy coming up, including a puppet show for the kids this weekend.
There are several classes that you can register for which start in February. Topics for the classes range from acrylic painting, photography, jewelry, dancing, watercolor, and much more.
Hampton Arts is also hosting many events this season for adults and children. Events include activities like open studio opportunities, a mixologist competition and tasting, and more.
A fun children's event coming up this weekend is a performance of Little Red & The Gingerbread Man by Barefoot Puppets. The show combines two classic stories into an original fairy tale. After the show, they will also have another separate program where you can create your own puppet with Barefoot Puppets.
The show takes place on Saturday at 11 a.m. and advertises itself for children 4 to 11 years old.
