NORFOLK, Va. — Those taking Interstate 64 from Hampton to Norfolk may run into heavy traffic Thursday afternoon.
The eastbound lanes of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) have reopened following a vehicle crash, according to an alert from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
Traffic backups are around three miles as of 4:45 p.m. The westbound lanes of I-64 on the HRBT are also experiencing heavy traffic.
