PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A juvenile missing out of Portsmouth has been found safe, police say.
Portsmouth police had said they were looking for 17-year-old Jasper Eckhardt who had last been seen Friday at midnight in the 3500 block of Race Street. He was also seen on Airline Boulevard heading toward London Boulevard.
He is described as 5'8 and 160 pounds with long curly brown hair, green eyes and a small mustache.
He was last seen wearing all black, black jeans, a black puffed jacket and black boots. Eckhardt may have a shirt covering his face, police said. He is on medication for non-life-threatening conditions.
