Christopher Newport University renames football stadium
Christopher Newport University's football stadium will now be known as Towne Bank Stadium. The name change comes after Towne Bank pledged a $1 million gift in 2014 to go towards the university's athletics, the Ferguson Center for the Arts and the Towne Bank Leadership Scholarships.
