NORFOLK, Va. — A vehicle fire is causing delays on I-64 East in Norfolk Wednesday morning.
According to VDOT, a vehicle fire closed all Eastbound lanes on I-64 in Norfolk near Granby Street Thursday morning, all lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing.
