Holiday Concert benefits USO of Hampton Roads

'Home for the Holidays' is a free concert at the Virginia Beach Convention Center that will benefit the USO of Hampton Roads.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) — For the third year, a concert in Hampton Roads will benefit a great cause.

Home for the Holidays is a holiday celebration with food and live entertainment that benefits the USO of Hampton Roads.

More than 20 local artists, including Letha Holland Deel and BJ Griffin, will play for two nights in the Virginia Beach Convention Center.

Families can attend the free event that also offers free parking on Saturday, December 1 at 6 p.m. or Sunday, December 2 at 3 p.m.

Santa will be in attendance and will give families an opportunity to have a photo taken with him for free. Each child in attendance will receive a free toy or book.

All of the funds raised will go to the USO of Hampton Roads.
